Your mission
- Responsible for building seasonal strategies and customer centric assortments from both global design range and developing assortment needs with regional design team tailored to the North American Flagships and Ecom Apparel consumer.
- Ensure that in season assortment is balanced while avoiding cannibalization with full outlet offer.
- Partner with Planning team on forecasting and buy the line ensuring department strategies are reflected in the numbers.
- Create GTM Milestones presentation and present strategic product initiatives to internal partner and stakeholders.
- Work directly with the product line managers to ensure the creation of products are meeting brand voice and in line with architecture requirements for North America
- Prepare and interpret sales data to provide feedback, action plan and recommendations for in season products
- Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure efficiencies are identified and implemented to drive best Profit advantages.
- Collaborate with all divisions of Retail and Wholesale Merchandising to ensure consistent messaging to the consumer and ensure footwear, apparel, and accessories are integrated for an impactful presentation. And brand elevation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and the other product division on a consistent cadence to maximize product exposure to the consumer at key selling periods.
- Understand competitive environments in detail and identifying opportunities, trend curves, pricing, marketing, and key items.
Your talent
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Merchandising or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Merchandising or Buying in either a Wholesale or Retail organization.
- Strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of retail math.
- A multi-task-oriented individual with the ability to make decisions that drive results.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including ability to create pivot tables and utilize formulas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Analytical, deadline driven with a strong ability to prioritize and project management skills.
- A multi-task-oriented individual with the ability to make decisions that drive results.
- Ability to conceive and create new thoughts and ideas pertaining to the presentation of products.
The hiring range base pay for this position is $67,700-$91,900 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
