Your mission
Be part of and drive the strategic EBP transformation program by implementing and rolling out regional template reporting solutions complementing the EBP Eco-system
Be responsible for EBP BI Workstream for Roll-Outs & Continuous Improvement (initiatives, customer management, harmonization)
Lead and manage all EBP BI projects to deliver them with high quality on schedule, on scope and on budget
Design, develop and implement reporting templates (frameworks, concepts, tools)
Define European BI requirements towards IT backends as an EBP interface to IT
Be informed and consulted regarding additional local area BI activities
Lead European BI project management and be responsible for an appropriate project management toolset
Support the Teamhead Business Intelligence EBP in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in designing and planning the EBP BI roadmap
Plan the solution design based on briefed business requirements and facilitate technical interface discussions.
Your talent
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the area of project management
Familiarity with ERP projects, wholesale processes and relevant industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of general set-up of Corporate BI environment from data extraction up until proper presentation of relevant KPIs for business steering and decision support
Familiarity with ERP projects, wholesale and DTC processes and relevant industry experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of (agile) project management methodologies and toolset
Core analytical and project management skills, including budget tracking, planning, reporting, resource management, stakeholder communication, and risk management
Quick comprehension of relevant business processes and requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively operate in cross-functional teams
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, and effectively manage project changes
Business fluent in English.
