Your mission
Be part of and drive the BI transformation within an evolving and changing European and global set-up
Co-manage multiple projects within the Wholesale and Operations landscape for high quality, on schedule, in scope and in budget delivery
Support project planning, execution and monitoring progress
Manage operational and strategic data needs, challenges and opportunities with key users and manage the development of new reporting solutions
Define BI requirements towards technical backends as a central interface to our implementation partners
Create and maintain documentation for the Template BI solutions, including data sources, models, reports and training material
Support Wholesale & Operations BI project management and own respective PM toolset
Support the Teamhead Business Intelligence Wholesale & Operations in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in designing and planning the Wholesale & Operations BI roadmap
Establish a framework to control the stability and ongoing enhancement of existing wholesale & operations BI solution in alignment with business needs and technical implementation partners.
Your talent
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of project management
Familiarity with BI projects, wholesale and logistical processes and relevant industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of general set-up of Corporate BI environment from Data extraction up until proper presentation of relevant KPIs for business steering and decision support
Strong knowledge of (agile) project management methodologies and toolset
Strong project co-leadership: You can co-manage multiple initiatives end-to-end (quality, timeline, scope, budget) and keep teams aligned in a fast-paced environment.
Structured planning & execution: You support project planning, run execution routines, track progress, and manage risks/issues with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
PM toolset proficiency: You support BI project management governance and toolsets (e.g., templates, tracking, reporting cadences) to drive transparency and execution discipline.
Clear communication & stakeholder management: You communicate confidently across business and tech, align expectations early, and drive decisions with a pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, and effectively manage project changes
Business fluent in English.
