Your mission
The Senior Marketing Manager Lifestyle plays a critical role in leading strategic, cross functional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, commercial impact, and category growth. This role partners closely with marketing leadership, sales, merchandising, creative, and cross functional marketing teams to deliver best in class integrated marketing plans for key seasonal initiatives. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping compelling sell-in narratives, developing campaign briefs, managing cross-team communication, and ensuring seamless execution through disciplined budget and project management.
Own the full development of integrated marketing plans for major Lifestyle and Motorsport initiatives each season, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, consumer insights, and commercial objectives.
Partner closely with global marketing counterparts to ensure localized plans stay true to the overarching brand strategy, adapting global direction into regionally relevant storytelling and executions without compromising brand integrity.
Lead day-to-day management and execution of regionally led licensing collaborations, ensuring work aligns with brand standards. ‑
Align with marketing leadership to lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive marketing materials for pre-lines and sell-in meetings, ensuring key seasonal initiatives are represented with clarity, creativity, and strategic rigor.
Present seasonal marketing plans to sales teams during key milestone meetings, equipping them with the storytelling, tools, and strategy needed to drive successful sell-in.
Manage the ongoing cadence of communication across internal stakeholders—including retail, digital, wholesale, and merchandising—to maintain alignment, visibility, and smooth execution across the organization.
Develop strategic creative and copy briefs for seasonal campaign productions, ensuring they ladder up to category priorities and support the storytelling needs of key initiatives.
Partner with internal and external creative teams to ensure output is on brand, insight driven, and impactful across all consumer touchpoints.
Lead seasonal budget planning, management of payments to external partners and agencies, ongoing expense tracking, and annual budget reconciliation.
Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure alignment with finance and procurement processes.
Oversee seeding logistics for Lifestyle and motorsport initiatives including packing, shipping, and bulk product organization for seasonal seeding initiatives.
Assist in the onsite execution of marketing activation plans that support regional key initiatives.
Your talent
5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing, ideally within consumer products, fashion, lifestyle, or sports.
Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and build integrated marketing plans.
Strong communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and sales teams.
Skilled at translating strategy into clear, actionable creative briefs.
Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with operational excellence.
Experienced in budget management and agency/partner oversight.
Strategic thinker with strong storytelling capabilities.
Creative problem solver with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Willing to travel up to ~20% of thet ime for seasonal meetings and activations.
The hiring range base pay for this position is $74,500-$101,120 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
