Your mission

Launch your Supply Chain career with a global brand as a Jr. Planner in Supply and Procurement Planning where you will help deliver our brands products direct into the North American Market. In this entry level role, you’ll dive into supply planning to cover regional demand, create and manage purchase orders, collaborate with sourcing, and work cross functionally to ensure on time in full delivery.

  • Support the development an optimal and attainable supply plan based on demand, forecast and S&OP process to support all KPI & SLA such as OTIF, service levels, inventory, lead-times, and total cost objectives for the product range.
  • Action supply plans by creating, submitting, maintaining, and verifying purchase orders with our overseas sourcing partners.
  • Implement supply planning strategies for assigned product divisions in support of our Wholesale, Direct To Consumer, and Ecommerce channels to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and top-line company growth.
  • Action PO changes through the global negotiation process to fulfill minimums and secure production. Validate confirmed handover dates align with customer expectations and service launch date requirements.
  • Monitor PO handover date delays and make improvement requests when delays negatively impact customer requirements
  • Support process innovation projects as required.
  • Communicate with global sourcing teams to deliver best in class performance for all product categories.
  • Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to successfully develop and execute new product introductions including supply planning, follow-up, and execution to achieve on-time product launch
  • Exemplify the PUMA brand values of Brave, Confident, Determined, and Joyful in all decisions, actions, processes, and practices.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (ideally with focus in areas such as Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Merchandising)
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of ERP/ MRP, Forecast Models, Inventory Strategies, Procurement and Sales and Operations Planning a plus
  • Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills needed
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal & facilitation skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams and areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required

The hiring range base pay for this position is $51,800-$68,905 + Bonus + Benefits
