Your mission
- As part of the Comm’s, Social & Entertainment team, this role’s purpose is finding the right Influencers, creator & Entertainers relevant to PUMA.
- Budget planning & ongoing follow up for your field of play & responsibilities.
- Represent European Culture, Influence & Entertainment Strategy in the global brand organization and at key European fashion, trend and sports culture across energy cities and local communities.
- Planning and implementation of paid & organic influencer & Entertainer campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Lead our influence & entertainer strategy and agency development content calendars & product/event rollouts.
- Find and manage relevant influencers & Entertainers to represent PUMA in social media with our accounts.
- Lead of Influencer & entertainer projects, seeding & agencies.
- Support challenge and build Influencer & entertainer seeding plans for key initiatives.
- Creation of briefings for influencer & entertainer content productions
- Facilitate engaging and innovative content creation
- Define, work and track relevant seedings campaigns to drive organic awareness.
- Take care of tracking and reporting social media KPI & influencer/entertainer content
- Share relevant results proactively within the European Marketing team.
- Understand the business priorities within your field of play / category and understand why.
Your talent
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or entertainment strategy, ideally within a lifestyle, fashion, or sports brand environment.
- Strong understanding of European culture, trends, and entertainment landscapes, with the ability to translate global brand strategies into impactful influencer and entertainer activations across key energy cities.
- Proven experience in identifying, managing, and leading a diverse portfolio of influencers and entertainers, as well as steering external agencies to develop content calendars and product rollouts.
- Hands-on knowledge of content production, seeding plan development, and the creation of detailed briefings to drive both organic awareness and paid conversions.
- Strong competence in budget planning, KPI tracking, and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and ensure alignment with broader business priorities
