Your mission

  • Provide strategic direction for activating the full Sports Marketing portfolio across Europe.

  • Oversee operational execution of athlete, player, club, and federation activations.

  • Manage and evaluate all Sports Marketing processes and contractual obligations.

  • Serve as the key interface between Global Sports Marketing and local European teams.

  • Supervise all contracted partners across football, handball, basketball, and track & field.

  • Steer boot rollouts and ambassador card management across relevant disciplines.

  • Own and control the European Sports Marketing budget to ensure efficient spend.

  • Collaborate with cluster and area managers to optimize commercial and marketing deals.

  • Align long‑term Sports Marketing investments with global and cluster strategic priorities.

  • Partner with Merchandising to link investments with product and business needs.

  • Strengthen collaboration with Marketing teams to maximize return from club and partner deals.

  • Ensure all regional activations are impactful, consistent, and aligned with brand strategy.

Your talent

  • Demonstrate strong strategic and analytical competence to align the European Sports Marketing portfolio with global direction and long‑term business priorities.

  • Show impactful leadership and coordination skills to manage partnerships with athletes, clubs, federations, and regional Sports Marketing teams across Europe.

  • Apply advanced project and process management capabilities to oversee activation rollouts, contractual obligations, and operational workflows across multiple clusters.

  • Brings solid commercial and financial acumen to govern Sports Marketing budgets and optimize investments across disciplines.

  • Uses strong communication and relationship‑building competencies to ensure consistency, alignment, and high‑quality activation delivery region‑wide.

  • Shows a performance‑driven mindset with the ability to evaluate partner value, assess activation effectiveness, and steer continuous improvement.
