Your Talent
- 6-8 years in retail project management or rollout coordination.
- SIS experience, vendor and stakeholder management, building codes, and local compliance.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and ability to build rapport across partners, vendors and internal teams.
- Comfortable with regular travel for site visits and vendor engagement.
Your Mission
- Support the expansion and maintenance of Partner locations and manage ongoing maintenance for all retail stores. Act as the on-ground coordinator for execution and upkeeping of brand presence.
- Project Implementation & Support: Coordinate with partners to execute setups. Manage site-specific constraints and adapt layouts accordingly. Create critical project schedules and milestone tracking
- Vendor Coordination: Engage and supervise local vendors for fit-out, electrical, branding, and display installations. Ensure vendors follow PUMA’s construction guidelines
- Execution Monitoring: Conduct site visits to ensure timeline adherence and installation quality. Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate when necessary
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain tracker for all VN projects: status, cost, completion. Submit handover reports, photos, and snag lists
- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate periodic maintenance activities (electrical, signages, minor civil work). Log and resolve store maintenance tickets promptly
- Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure Partner locations maintain Puma standards. Report deviations and support corrective actions
- Budget Tracking: Monitor costs for each project and maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to budgets
- Support for Store Rollouts: Assist Project Teamhead on full store openings when needed, especially in overlap areas (like shared vendors or overlapping timelines)
