Your Mission
Join PUMA Oceania – Where Speed Meets Style
At PUMA, we’re driven to be Forever Faster and that means making sure the right products hit our shelves, at the right time, every time. We’re looking for a detail-driven, process-perfect, and data-savvy operator to step into a 6-month fixed term role and help power our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) product range.
This isn’t just administration this is the heartbeat of our retail success.
Your Mission, Keeping the Range Running Smoothly
Our product range doesn’t just happen, it’s built, tracked, and delivered through careful coordination. You’ll work side-by-side with our Buyers, Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation teams to ensure every seasonal collection lands flawlessly. You’ll be the go-to for:
Consolidating and placing demand for new product drops
Maintaining complete and accurate product data and line lists in SAP & Excel
Preparing reports that drive sales, stock flow, and in-season decisions
Staying calm and organised when deadlines are tight and priorities shift
