Your mission
As Teamhead WMS, you will lead the global WMS team and act as the key interface between REPLY (our WMS provider) and the sales subsidiaries. Your mission is to ensure a smooth implementation of the WMS system across all identified sales subsidiaries and always guarantee high system performance. You will also drive continuous improvements and innovation within the WMS environment.
- Drive WMS implementation in identified sales subsidiaries
- Act as the main interface between sales subsidiaries and REPLY
- Create and lead project plans and organizational charts
- Monitor WMS performance and ensure smooth operations
- Conduct root cause analysis for system malfunctions
- Build knowledge for new WMS solutions and identify improvement opportunities for sales subsidiaries
- Lead and manage a small team of two members
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure standards are met.
Your talent
- Proven experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation and operations
- Strong project management skills, including planning and execution
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to act as a bridge between technical providers and business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset for performance monitoring and root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
