Within our Digital & Technology department, the Digital Wholesale team plays a vital role in shaping the future of how we serve our wholesale partners. We power global wholesale through innovative platforms and seamless integrations, making it easier for our retail partners to engage, order, return, and grow together with PUMA.
We are looking for a strategic and empowering leader to drive our core B2B platforms into the future. As Teamhead Digital Wholesale, you will take full ownership of PUMA’s flagship wholesale programs serving over 34 markets. You’ll be leading a team of Product Owners and IT Integration Managers, and act as the strategic driver, coach, and cross-functional collaborator. Your mission? Deliver excellence at scale, from country rollouts to digital & commercial initiatives. You will ensure these platforms continue to meet evolving business needs through strong leadership, structured planning, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and empower a team of Product Owners and Integration Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Articulate a clear and compelling product vision for our Wholesale platforms; develop and manage a product roadmap based on company strategy, user research, and data-driven insights
Supervise the planning of country rollouts, continuous improvement releases, and upgrades; shepherd products from initial concept through design, development, launch, and iteration, ensuring they deliver measurable value to the business and our users
Champion adoption and usage of digital wholesale platforms, working closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to maximize commercial value and customer satisfaction
Provide clear reporting and updates to senior management, consolidating insights on performance, adoption, and strategic initiatives
Manage team resources and operational planning, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets and energy
Lead and manage relationships with external technology vendors, driving their roadmaps and ensuring they deliver solutions that meet high standards.
Your talent
8+ years of experience in digital B2B commerce, platform ownership, digital sales, or IT project leadership
Strong business acumen and ability to assess impact of decisions on overall business performance
Proven experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of enterprise-level platform rollouts and system integrations
Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal & external stakeholders
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and product roadmap delivery
A sharp mindset, comfortable creating business cases and working with a customer centric approach
Experience in the sports or fashion industry is a plus.
Passion for technology, E-commerce, wholesale operations, and building digital solutions.
