Shaping and ownership of retail execution frameworks, including priorities, game plans, rollout logic, and performance guardrails across channels and countries
Orchestration of cross‑functional alignment with Business Units, Regions, and channel stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into clear ownership, timelines, and actions
Setup and leadership of governance and performance steering
Preparation of executive‑level narratives, insights, and decision materials for Senior Leadership and Board‑level Meetings
End‑to‑end ownership of internal communication flows across BUs, Regions, and Channels, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies
Development and management of strategic partnerships across the retail value chain, aligned with long‑term retail strategy and joint business plans
Leadership and development of the Business Operations & Partnerships team, fostering capability building, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance culture.
