Your mission

The role is responsible for leading and managing IT service delivery across the SEA & Oceania region, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations aligned with business and global IT strategies.

Task 1: To ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of IT services across the SEA & Oceania region by overseeing daily operations, including support services for offices, remote users, and retail Infrastructure environments, while maintaining high service quality and reliability.

Task 2: To plan, manage, and deliver IT infrastructure and service-related projects by working closely with regional, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of objectives.

Task 3: To implement global and region IT policies, procedures, and best practices, while continuously identifying and driving improvements in IT services and processes and sharing recommendations with regional and global leadership.

Task 4: To lead and develop a distributed IT support team by fostering strong communication, driving engagement, and professional growth of team members.

Task 5: To manage service contracts, and procurement activities, while ensuring effective budget management and cost optimization across the region.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant studied.

Professional: A minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

IT Skills: ITIL v4 certification or equivalent is an advantage.


Language Skills: English and local language
