Your mission
- Deliver measurable market-share, revenue, and profit growth across Pure Player Accounts, ensuring PUMA consistently expands its commercial footprint and brand strength
- Own the full strategic and financial account planning cycle, including seasonal Go‑to‑Market targets, volume and margin planning, and SKU/assortment optimization in collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Operations
- Develop and maintain high-performance partnerships with the key account, acting as the internal subject-matter expert for account performance, forecasting accuracy, and long-term business development
- Manage pre‑season and in‑season order cycles, ensuring order book quality, delivery performance, and profitability targets are met. Translate market, consumer, and competitor data into clear commercial actions that drive sell‑in and sell‑through
- Define, track, and evaluate commercial KPIs—including sales growth, margin, order compliance, forecast accuracy, sell-through, and product mix—to secure flawless execution and maximize account performance
- Contribute to continuous GTM process improvements by identifying efficiency gaps, proposing data-backed solutions, and implementing best practices that enhance speed, accuracy, and commercial impact.
Your talent
- University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline, combined with significant experience in an e‑commerce account, ideally in Key Account Management, Sales Management, or a comparable commercial role
- Strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills, with the ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in German and English, paired with a proactive, results-oriented working approach
- High relationship-building maturity and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
- Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to create data-backed analyses, business cases, and account performance reviews.
