Your mission
Purpose & Overall Relevance
- This role plays an instrumental part in the way the brand is portrayed and leveraged in association with HYROX partnership within the China market and ensures on a day-to-day basis that we continue to raise the awareness and image of PUMA as a leading brand in Elite Performance.
- He/she will be the key person to drive business for all HYROX licensed merchandise and return on investment, esp. in DTC and gym channel.
- Key driver and implementer of the global HYROX plans into local level.
- To optimize and leverage the relationship between PUMA and local gyms/athletes, and furthermore implement the mutually agreed local & global strategy, driving return on investment and delivering towards the brands position as “HYROX official”.
- Creation and implementation of a mutually agreed local strategic partner plan (following global plan) that forms the guiding principle for how PUMA manages, leverages and commercializes the association, ultimately delivering against agreed KPI’s (qualitative and quantitative)
- Drive and coordinate the process towards optimizing the activation and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Performance category lead, on annual planning of HYROX on:
- related projects esp. in gym/DTC,
- SPOMA assets (athletes, gyms) management,
with effectively manage and implement relevant budgets.
- Work with team to ensure full alignment with all relevant functions on both global and local level including but not limited to: local entities and sales forces, and all other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure proper implementation of the HYROX Partnership Strategy in the local market and use of contractual entitlements with strong focus on consumer activation and topics (i.e. CRM, digital / social media etc).
- Constant tracking and analysis of HYROX business as well as local trend in cross-fit market.

- University degree,
- Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Marketing, preferably with experience in Sports Marketing,
- With in-house working experience of Sportswear brand(s),
