Your mission
As a (Jr) Manager Business Process Finance & Finance, you are the go-to expert on process and solution design to PUMA stakeholders on the European Region. Your focus is primarily on Finance processes for our omni-channel business. Your challenge is to ensure that Finance solutions designed with your partners work effectively, are scalable and support our goal of being the fastest sport brand in the world.
- Be part of our FI/CO team driving S/4 HANA Fashion implementation projects, establishing process expertise in SAP S/4 Finance area
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Design & Delivery of all related European Finance processes in SAP S4 Hana, offering guidance and support to key users and fellow SAP specialists
- Analyze, improve, redesign and document, when necessary, Finance processes in line with Group Standards and manage their implementation in the existing SAP S/4 HANA Fashion solution
- Perform Software testing and approval
- Support smooth running of SAP FI/CO-related business applications
- Organize and execute specific SAP workshops and trainings
- Seek and provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode.
Your talent
- University degree in Business Administration or Computer science, preferably with a focus on Finance and Finance or Business Process
- Several years of experience in Finance or accounting according to IFRS and knowledge of the underlying commercial processes in the area of Finance and Finance
- Process understanding and Best Practice knowledge of the Finance flows
- Operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA with knowledge of the FI/CO integration with the SD/MM Modules
- Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions - previous project experience in retail, e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus. This includes Process Design, Configuration or Customizing knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel within Europe, team player, able to work under pressure, assertiveness.
