We are looking for an IT System & Support Specialist to join our Nordic IT team and help keep our business running smoothly.
What you will do
You will be a key IT partner for our colleagues across the Nordic organization. From troubleshooting everyday technical issues to supporting new locations, systems and technology projects, you will have a varied role with plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide hands on and remote IT support across the Nordic organization Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, networks, systems and end user devices
Manage onboarding, user access, equipment and device lifecycle
Support offices, stores and warehouse environments when needed
Participate in IT projects and collaborate with global and local stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working through new technology and AI
Ensure IT solutions are secure, reliable and available with minimal disruption to the business
Your talent
You are a solution oriented and service minded IT professional who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems. You are comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with people across different functions and countries.
You also have:
Background in IT support, IT operations or a similar technical role
Good knowledge of end user hardware, software, networks and IT infrastructure
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
Familiarity with user administration, access management and device management
Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is an advantage
