Your mission

Key Objectives:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the Global Capability Centre (GCC) at PUMA India, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

  • Drive end-to-end hiring across functions, with a strong focus on attracting high-calibre talent through innovative sourcing strategies and strong stakeholder collaboration.

  • Partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy, learning needs identification, employee engagement, and key people initiatives.

  • Manage onboarding and enable seamless integration of new employees into the organization.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievance management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Manage HR operations, employee data, HRIS updates, and HR reporting with high accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support learning and development initiatives across teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, Admin, and global teams to support GCC growth and organizational priorities.

  • Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives aligned with PUMA’s values and growth journey.

Your talent

Key Requirements:

  • MBA / PGDM specializing in HR.

  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in GCCs, retail, technology, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition and business partnering, with a proven ability to attract and engage top talent.

  • Good understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and attention to detail.

  • Passion for building teams, enhancing employee experience, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
