Your mission
- Define and execute PUMA’s global social media and content strategy across all key platforms, driving brand heat, cultural relevance and full-funnel demand
- Build and lead a global always-on content engine delivering fast, platform-native, high-quality storytelling across sport, lifestyle and culture
- Establish a distinctive PUMA voice, content rhythm and social behavior that resonates with next-generation consumers
- Turn athletes, ambassadors, creators and cultural moments into scalable, high-impact content engines
- Drive social as a core demand generation channel, linking storytelling to product desirability, traffic and conversion
- Lead global platform excellence, innovation and test-and-learn approaches across emerging formats, technologies and communities
- Build a strong global-to-local operating model enabling both consistency and local cultural relevance across markets
- Define KPI frameworks and performance systems that measure brand impact, engagement and commercial outcomes.
Your talent
- 12+ years of experience in global social media, content creation or digital marketing leadership roles within sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
- Proven track record of building culturally relevant brands and driving measurable business impact through social and creator ecosystems
- Deep expertise across major platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, emerging channels) and strong understanding of platform-native content and trends
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect brand storytelling to demand generation, e-commerce and retail performance
- Experience leading global teams, agency ecosystems and complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong creative and editorial judgement with a sharp sense for cultural trends, storytelling and brand voice
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in performance measurement, social analytics and insight-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and inspire teams globally.
