Your mission
- Support and drive product development for assigned sporting goods accessories, i.e., Goalkeeper gloves, footballs, shin guard, handballs and related small accessories items.
- Ensure on-time execution of development milestones with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned styles through development stages from prototyping to sample approval
- Coordinate with suppliers on sample progress, technical execution, and corrections
- Support costing and feasibility discussions
- Track development timelines and ensure milestone adherence
- Work with cross-functional teams (BU, Materials, Order Management, production, QA) on product specifications and updates
- Follow up on quality standards and testing requirements
- Maintain accurate development data and documentation
- Escalate risks or delays in a timely manner

Your talent
Key Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education in Sports Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 2–4+ years' experience in product development (accessories preferred)
- Solid knowledge of product construction, materials, and development process
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Good communication and ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams
