Your mission

  • Cross-functional Project management: Support project team and planning team on operational projects from concept to completion. Facilitate alignment meetings between different departments, manage expectations, track milestones, and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate current workflows. Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable, structured solutions to improve efficiency

  • Proven ability to turn messy, unstructured data into clean, scalable data models
  • Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of working effectively with diverse types of stakeholders (Operations, Sales, GTM, BU). Ability to influence without authority and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong Analytical & Logical Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining data integrity
  • Agility & Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a fast-changing business environment. Open-minded and receptive to organizational change
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for regional/global communication
